The Position
As RSGx continues to experience exponential growth, we are looking to strengthen our Precontracts team with the appointment of a Senior Bid Manager with Electrical background here in Perth. Reporting to the Precontracts Manager, this pivotal role will oversee all aspects of bid management, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality proposals that align with client requirements and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end bid process for various projects.
* Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, and legal inputs.
* Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company standards.
* Prepare compelling, competitive, and compliant submissions within strict deadlines.
* Develop relationships with client's procurement teams.
* Drive continuous improvement in bid processes and tools.
About You
* 8 years+ in Project and / or Bid Management role, ideally within the Electrical construction or engineering industry.
* Technical background (Electrical).
* Planning and Estimating knowledge.
* Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight timeframes.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
