Delivering specialised capabilities across multiple aircraft types, this organisation operates in a highly regulated environment and is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead and optimise aviation logistics activities across multiple operating bases.
Your New Role
As the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end logistics and supply chain performance across a diverse fleet including business jets and turboprop platforms. You will:
Oversee procurement, inventory management, parts replenishment, and movement of aircraft components.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to maintain aircraft availability and minimise operational disruptions.
Manage OEM, supplier, and support programs to ensure agreed service levels are met.
Oversee dangerous goods handling and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Coordinate international logistics and inventory movement across CASA, FAA, and EASA environments.
Ensure compliance with ITAR‑controlled logistics activities and maintain audit‑ready records.
Support internal and external audits, regulatory oversight, and enterprise reporting.
Monitor logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with CAMO, Part 145 providers, maintenance teams, and operational stakeholders.
Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions, AOG events, and unplanned maintenance needs.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain, aviation management, or equivalent experience (5+ years).
Proven experience managing aviation supply chain or logistics operations in regulated environments.
Strong working knowledge of CASA, FAA and/or EASA frameworks.
Experience with dangerous goods handling under IATA DGR requirements.
Understanding of aviation procurement, inventory control, supplier management, and fleet support.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
AGSVA clearnace NV1, Baseline Security Clearance minimum
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Highly regarded:
Experience supporting mixed aircraft fleets (business jets/turboprops).
Exposure to ITAR‑controlled components and compliance processes.
Experience with aviation ERP/MRO systems.
Professional supply chain certifications (e.g., CSCP).
