The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our Central Portfolios Finance Business Partnering team in Financial Resources Management. This team provides high-quality financial management services, including business partnering, budgeting, planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting for allocated areas as required.
In this role, you will provide expert financial guidance and advice to clients, assist them in achieving their business objectives, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives. Your work will involve developing, preparing, and monitoring complex budgets, forecasting income and expenditure, and providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide quality finance, accounting, and budgetary services with a focus on excellence in customer service.
* Develop, prepare, and monitor complex budgets, forecasts, and income/expenditure management.
* Offer high-level analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify emerging trends/issues.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional communication and business partnering capabilities.
* Prioritize the effective use of financial accounting software, Microsoft Office applications, and web technology to optimize efficiency.
