There's me and my husband, my kind and supportive parents-in-law who live with us, and our one energetic and loving girl, We're a warm, respectful, and family-oriented household that values kindness, routine, and lots of laughter. The grandparents are actively involved in the children's lives and help around the house, so the nanny would be joining a team where everyone supports each other.
