This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to manage property transactions and settlements while contributing to the development of an expanding Property Law practice.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, transfers, and settlements.Prepare legal documents such as contracts, vendor statements, and transfer documents.Conduct property searches and due diligence.Liaise with clients, real estate agents, banks, and other stakeholders.Manage electronic conveyancing through PEXA.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Provide expert advice and ongoing support to clients throughout the transaction process.Key Requirements:3 years of experience in conveyancing.Proficiency in PEXA and conveyancing software.Strong understanding of property law and regulations.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.What we’re looking for:Beyond handling standard conveyancing duties, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the growth of the Property Law team.
