Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a clinical pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing generalist clinical pharmacy and medication management services via our well-established pharmacist rotation program.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical pharmacy services in various settings, including dispensary, hospital in the home, subacute, rehabilitation, geriatric evaluation and management, medical and surgical wards, operating theatre, intensive care unit, emergency department, and day oncology.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective medication management practices.
* Supervise and mentor pharmacy interns and students on placement.
Requirements
* Registration as a pharmacist in Australia.
* Relevant experience in clinical pharmacy practice.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
