Customer Support Role

The primary responsibility of a customer support officer is to provide exceptional service to internal sales teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Offer technical assistance by interpreting hydraulic and pneumatic parts to fulfill customer orders.
* Maintain the Customer Relationship Management system and assist with process improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with engineers and sales teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of engineering processes and technical aptitude.
* Knowledge of spare parts, preferably hydraulics or similar.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
