About Our Job
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role responsible for the day-to-day management of our Sydney office.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them as appropriate
* Booking of meeting rooms and any set up required
* Organising internal and external catering as and when needed
* Receipt of all incoming and outgoing deliveries, couriers and mail distribution
* Ensuring all areas of the office are kept clean and tidy at all times
* Opening kitchen ready for use including preparing and cleaning coffee machine, wiping down and sanitising all touch points in the kitchen areas including microwaves and fridges
* Ordering and replenishing all kitchen supplies, weekly groceries, drinks fridge as and when needed
* Opening and shutting down the Sydney office every work day
* Oversee the building cleaners function and report any issues directly to Building Management
* Be the central point of contact for building management and facilities
* Logging any facilities issues with the building manager and directing maintenance people appropriately
* Maintaining the management and health of all company printers
* Assist with document and internal newsletter preparation as required
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role would be highly beneficial
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
