Recruitment and Engagement Expert Wanted
We are seeking a dedicated recruitment professional to support high-volume hiring initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a team, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implement contemporary, innovative, and transparent recruitment processes to ensure smooth and sensitive recruitment operations.
* Interpret legislation, directives, policies, and procedures related to recruitment and selection, providing accurate advice to selection panels.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, positively representing the team and promoting our organisation as an employer of choice.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, assessing candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing onboarding activities.
* Handle day-to-day administration of people-related data, including gathering information for analysis and producing reports as requested.
* Develop and administer systems to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of HR information and candidate documentation.
* Coordinate onboarding activities and processes, maintaining accurate training records and supporting new starters.
About You
* Possess proven experience in recruitment and engagement, with the ability to work effectively within a team to support high-volume recruiting.
* Show proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Exhibit strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
