**Who are you?**
In this role you will be working in an outbound call centre environment promoting a free health and welling being program to eligible members nationally. 
- Customer service experience in a sales environment 
- Contact Centre/Phone based experience (Prefered not essential) 
- Passion for results and a KPI driven environment 
- Excellent people and communication skills with resilience 
- Problem solving skills with a high attention to detail 
- Be available between 8am - 8pm on a random or fixed shift basis (0.6 FTE Available) 
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs 
- Persistence and objection handling skills 
- Medical/clincial administration experience (Desired)
