**Wills and Estate Planning Consultant - NSW Trustee and Guardian**
We are looking for a keen and motivated Consultant to join the Wills and Estates Planning team and help make a difference to our customers.
- Ongoing, full-time role - 35 hours per week
- Location: Wagga Wagga. This role is customer facing and requires office attendance five days per week.
- Clerk Grade 3/4. Base salary $84,659 p.a. to $92,701 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

**About the team**
The Estate Planning and Administration division is responsible for delivering NSW Trustee & Guardian's commercial services in Will making, as trustee, attorney, and as administrator/executor of deceased estates.
The Wills and Estate Planning team provides a fully accredited Will preparation service, writing more than 13,000 Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents each year, helping customers to plan ahead and document their last wishes.
**About the role**
- Key accountabilities include undertaking pre and post-appointment activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery, assisting with local community engagement events to boost brand awareness, and maintaining a contemporary approach to service delivery through various strategies, including face-to-face and video conferencing. The role also involves managing high work outputs and competing demands to generate favourable customer outcomes, while balancing consistency in service delivery across a large geographic area to meet the diverse needs of NSW Trustee and Guardian's customer base.

**About you**
- You believe that supporting customers to document their last wishes is a privilege that needs to be carried out with warmth, support understanding, and the utmost respect.
- You see building strong relationships and being a trusted advisor as essential in providing peace of mind to customers that their instructions on the disbursement of their Estate will be fulfilled.
- You have a keen interest in social outcomes, justice and advocating for people, and can demonstrate high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence.
- You have strong collaboration skills and can build & develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess a background in legal services, paralegal services, or have experience working in a legal environment.

**Essential requirements**
- Current driver licence and ability to travel across NSW as required.
- Willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents. Training and accreditation is provided by NSW Trustee and Guardian.
- Available to work after hours and weekends as required and in particular circumstances.
- Willingness to work in the Wagga Wagga office five days per week.
