This is a permanent full-time position based in Muswellbrook, NSW.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Promoting and selling an extensive product range over the counter, via phone, and email.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers to identify growth opportunities.
• Liaising with suppliers and managing purchase orders.
• Support warehouse operations: receiving, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
What you'll need to succeed
• You have a background in customer service, preferably within a wholesale environment.
• High attention to detail, efficient task management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ideally you will have some familiarity with the electrical industry or related industries.
• You are a fast learner with the ability to build product knowledge quickly
• Hardworking and driven, you are eager to expand your skills and advance your career within
the company.
• You have exceptional people skills and communication abilities - be able to communicate with a range of individuals.
• A true team player, always willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Hold a valid C Class license.
• Willing and able to obtain an Order 45 Medical (required)
• You have full Australian working rights with no restrictions – Australian or New Zealand
