About The Role
As a Graduate Survey, you will work closely with experienced professionals and operational teams to support mine planning and execution. You will gain practical experience across a variety of disciplines within an active mining environment. This is a FIFO role from Adelaide on a roster that supports both professional growth and work‐life balance.
What You'll Gain
* A structured 2‐year graduate program with on‐the‐job training and mentorship

* Exposure to modern survey technologies (e.g., GPS, drone, laser scanning)
* Hands‐on experience in open pit and underground operations (majority underground operations)

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct production and development surveys
* Maintain accurate spatial data and mine plans
* Support drill and blast activities with set‐out and pick‐up
* Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
* Assist with data processing, reporting, and mapping
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
* Recent graduates (or soon to graduate) with a degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline
* Passionate about building a career in the Survey discipline
* Strong in problem‐solving with high attention to detail
* Confident working both independently and in a team
* Willing to work FIFO from Adelaide
