You will:

* Maintenance and Repairs: Carry out preventive, reactive and emergency maintenance, repairs and minor construction works across College grounds, buildings, plant and equipment.
* Safety, Security and Compliance: Ensure facilities are safe, secure and compliant through routine checks, test and tag, asset maintenance, and reporting of maintenance and WHS issues.
* Projects and Improvements: Assist with College improvement projects, including renovations, refurbishments, gardening support and general site enhancements as directed.
* Operational Support: Support daily College operations including event set‑up and pack‑down, movement of furniture and equipment, coordination with external contractors, and securing College facilities.
* Professional Conduct: Demonstrate duty of care to students, maintain confidentiality, comply with College policies and training requirements, and contribute to a safe, respectful and professional work environment.
