Supporting 2 Directors and the team (with 2,3 other Paralegals)
Salary to 80K + super
The role
As a Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant, your duties will include drafting and preparation of court documents, dealing with clients, uploading documents to the Portal, trial preparation, preparation of Briefs to Counsel including list of documents, billings, diary management, organising meetings and general admin duties.
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 2 years Family Law Paralegal or Family Law Legal Assistant experience.
The Law Firm / Salary / Benefits
Well established law firm based at Coomera. Have 20 staff. Specialise in Family Law. Have a social club and do quarterly events. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $80,000 + Super).
