The role of a Management Accountant is pivotal in driving operational effectiveness and informed decision-making within an organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and executive commentary for allocated directorates.
* Financial Analysis: Contribute to the development and refinement of financial dashboards and reporting tools, and assist with preparing scheduled reports for stakeholders.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting processes across directorates and cost centres.
* Month-end Processing: Perform month-end processing tasks, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Additionally, experience in financial planning and analysis, and proficiency in relevant software applications would be advantageous.
You will also need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Audit and risk management skills, as well as knowledge of accounting principles and standards, would be desirable.
