Grounds & Car Park Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Grounds & Car Park Maintenance Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the presentation, safety, and cleanliness of our bowls greens surrounds, car park, and external areas to a high standard.
About the Role
This hands-on position involves general groundskeeping and maintenance duties to ensure our facilities remain safe, tidy, and welcoming for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
* General maintenance of outdoor areas including gardens, pathways, and surrounds of bowls greens
* Upkeep and cleaning of car park areas, including litter removal and minor repairs
* Basic landscaping tasks (mowing, edging, pruning, weeding)
* Monitoring and reporting any maintenance or safety issues
* Assisting with set-up and pack-down for club events where required
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with workplace health and safety standards
About You
* Previous experience in groundskeeping, gardening, or general maintenance (preferred)
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
* Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

Pay: $32.31 – $51.70 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
Work Location: In person
