About the role
Chocogram, a chocolate gift-shop based in Alexandria, NSW, is seeking a talented Chocolatier / Pastry Chef to join their team on a part-time basis, with the possibility to go full time.
As a Chocolatier / Pastry Chef, you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality, artisanal chocolate products that delight our customers.
Hours & Schedule
Hours are Monday-Friday (flexible) no weekend work required.
What we're looking for
Formal training as a Chocolatier and/or Pastry Chef, with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Excellent knowledge of chocolate tempering, hand dipping, chocolate airbrushing, moulding and decorating techniques.
Proficiency in preparing a wide range of ganaches, pralines and other chocolates fillings such as jellies.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, visually appealing products.
Passion for the art of chocolate.
