Job Title: Pricing Analytics Manager
The primary objective of this role is to devise and implement data-driven pricing strategies with a customer-centric approach.
* Create and develop technical pricing solutions using diagnostic, descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
* Collaborate with the insurance pricing team to design sustainable pricing solutions across all portfolios.
* Assist in resolving pricing-related issues when introducing new products, modifying systems, and testing pricing changes.
* Develop and maintain models for assessing risk associated with specific perils.
* Provide analytical advice and recommendations.
* Guide and mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote a positive team dynamic.
This position requires significant experience in General Insurance pricing, analytical or actuarial environments, and leadership skills. You will possess highly developed expertise in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and implementing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions using a broad range of technologies.
