If you've ever thought about becoming cabin crew but hesitated because of the time away from home, we've got good news. Based out of Perth, our team works mostly on day trips. You'll be back home on the same day for most shifts, with only occasional overnight stays. It's the best of both worlds—an exciting career in the air without being away from your life on the ground.
Your Experience Matters More Than You Think
You might not have considered flight attending as your next step, but if you've worked in customer service, hospitality, retail, aged care, nursing, or hotels, you already have exactly what we're looking for. What You'll Be Doing?
Every day brings something new. You'll be the first face guests see as they step onboard and the last one to wave them off. You'll deliver safety briefings with confidence, making sure everyone understands without feeling lectured. You'll offer genuine, attentive service, assist guests who need a little extra help, and make flying fun for young travellers travelling solo.
You'll work closely with your crewmates, meet people from all walks of life, and handle whatever comes your way—whether it's weather delays, unexpected changes, or the rare emergency. Your ability to stay calm and collected will help guests feel safe and cared for, no matter what's happening around them.

Who We're Looking For?
We're looking for good humans. The kind who genuinely enjoy helping others, who stay cool when things get busy, and who bring a little warmth into every room they walk into. You don't need to be flashy—just real. If you're someone who listens, shows up with a positive attitude, and takes pride in making people feel looked after, you'll fit right in.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You
* Are at least 18 years old
* Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
* Have at least three years of experience in a role focused on caring for people or customers
* Hold a valid passport with at least 18 months validity remaining
* Have or can quickly obtain an RSA certificate
* Have or can quickly obtain a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate
* Can work a rotating 24/7 roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays and peak periods
* Can reach a height of 180 cm (to meet safety requirements)
* Are comfortable around cats and dogs—they travel with us sometimes, and we love having them onboard
