About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Execution Engineer to manage onshore mobilisation and site execution for offshore decommissioning activities. This role ensures safe, efficient delivery of work scopes and compliance with all HSE requirements while coordinating multi-discipline teams and subcontractors.
Key responsibility areas
* Oversee mobilisation and site construction activities.
* Manage subcontractors and resources to meet project schedules.
* Liaise with engineering during design phases to influence safe, cost-effective outcomes.
* Ensure quality documentation, certification, and close-out of work packs.
* Maintain strong HSE leadership and compliance with Safety Case requirements.
* Provide timely reporting and resolve technical and logistical issues.
About You
* Experience managing project teams in oil & gas or heavy industry.
* Mechanical and structural construction background essential.
* Ability to lead teams of trades including riggers, scaffolders, and rope access crews.
* Strong HSE knowledge and risk assessment experience.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
