The Student Wellbeing Officer holds a significant role within the Wellbeing team, reporting directly to the Head of Wellbeing and being accountable to the Principal. This role is responsible for supporting student wellbeing across Years 7–12 by embedding proactive, trauma-informed, restorative and strengths-based practices. The role provides early intervention and targeted support through referral and case management processes and working closely with the Head of Wellbeing to create pastoral, co-curricular and leadership opportunities that enhance student wellbeing.

Well-developed written, and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail is essential. The successful applicant will have highly developed organisational and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work to collaboratively and independently.
