Job Summary
We are seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to support the employee life cycle, maintain compliance documents, and contribute to HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the end-to-end employee life cycle
* Maintaining HR compliance requirements
* Providing systems support - Visual Care, Expr3ss, and Etrainu
* Contributing to strategic HR initiatives and improvement projects
* Preparing HR reports, documentation, and correspondence
Requirements
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confidence in communicating with staff, managers, and candidates across the organisation
* Able to maintain compliance records with accuracy and discretion
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Essentials
* 2-3 years' experience in a HR Coordinator role or equivalent
* Qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent
* Up-to-date Influenza vaccination
* National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
* Experience using HR and recruitment systems
* Exposure to corporate or multi-site environments (beneficial)
* A base knowledge of employment law and Industrial relations (beneficial)
