Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and manage the delivery of in-home aged care services and packages of care for our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that services are consistent with relevant legislation, quality framework, and funding guidelines.
They will also work proactively with minimal management supervision to achieve goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the delivery of in-home aged care services and packages of care for our clients.
* Ensure services are consistent with relevant legislation, quality framework, and funding guidelines.
* Work proactively with minimal management supervision to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV (or higher) in Aged Care/Individual Care or Disability Care.
* C Class Driver's Licence and access to own vehicle with full comprehensive insurance.
* Prior experience in a Support or Personal Care worker, ideally within the Aged Care industry.
* Ability to work independently and often unsupervised.
* Strong administrative and computer skills.
