About the Role
As our Service Co-ordinator, you'll be the vital link between customers, technicians, and management. Your role is to ensure each job is scheduled efficiently, communicated clearly, and completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and schedule daily service calls for locksmith technicians
* Communicate job details, timelines, and updates to customers and staff
* Respond to inbound enquiries with professionalism and urgency
* Track job progress and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records, work orders, and billing information
* Support the team with administrative tasks and problem-solving

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Experience in scheduling or service coordination (locksmith or trades industry preferred but not required)
