Job Title: Retail Property Operations Manager
Job Description
The Centre Manager will be responsible for managing and operating the shopping centre to the highest professional standards, maximising net returns.
* Implementation of responsibilities as specified in the Management Agreement.
* Preparation and analysis of income/expenditure budgets, business plans, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and audits.
* Assistance with leasing negotiations and responding to leasing enquiries.
* Manage and maintain centres to the very highest standards and minimise liability risk exposure.
Key Performance Indicators include:
* Maximisation of net return.
* Effective management of budgets and resources.
* Excellent customer service.
* Proactive problem-solving and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous retail property management experience.
* Current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License.
* Degree in Property, Business, Management, or related discipline (highly desirable).
* Excellent reporting, analysing, and Microsoft Office skills.
