This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and professionally minded individual who considers reception duties, which has many aspects to it, as a very important part of a business. One, which is of vital support for the whole team.
Some of the duties include operating switchboard, meet and greet clients, housekeeping and general office duties which include banking, typing, stocking and ordering stationery supplies, opening files, checking and maintaining the accuracy of the client database and the list goes on. Training is on the job. The upkeep of these duties is vital for the smooth running of the office.
Requirements for the position:
* The successful applicant must be someone that takes pride in their appearance, be well presented, hardworking and always with a smile ready to greet the next client.
* Must have a pleasant telephone manner and voice.
* Completion of Year 12 is a pre-requisite
* As the office is situated in Ron Penhaligon Way, Robina, a current driver's license and reliable vehicle is necessary for banking, mail collection etc.
* Be able to take instructions
* Be a people person
* Be able to type and ideally will have a working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Intermediate level Microsoft Office experience is required.
* Some experience in reception or customer service is preferred.
