We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Assistant Asset Manager to support asset management activities across a complex property portfolio.

Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate asset registers, condition data and maintenance records.
* Monitor asset condition, defects and performance trends across the portfolio.
* Support lifecycle planning forward works programs and capital planning activities.
* Coordinate asset information updates following inspections, maintenance and project handovers.
* Work closely with Facilities Management, Property Management and Projects teams to support operational and investment outcomes.
* Assist with asset reporting, governance and audit readiness activities.
* Identify opportunities to improve asset data quality, systems and processes.
About You
* Experience in asset management, facilities management, engineering or related roles.
* Understanding of asset lifecycle planning, condition assessments and maintenance management.
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to interpret asset data and provide practical operational insights.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Asset Management, Property or related discipline preferred.
