Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, audits and reporting for a business unit
* Mentor and develop a team of accountants and finance officers
* Drive system improvements and automation for greater efficiency
* Partner with leaders to inform and guide financial decisions
* Uphold values that prioritise community, accountability, and sustainable outcomes
Key Skills
* 3+ years post-qualification accounting experience
* Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability
* Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (Dynamics 365 advantageous)
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commitment to linking finance with purpose-driven performance
* CA or CPA qualification (highly regarded)
* Experience in not-for-profit or profit-for-purpose organisations (advantageous)
