**About Our Client**:

For over 15 years, they have concentrated on servicing the petroleum industry within the Oceania region, continuously improving systems, developing our expertise and strengthening their capacity.
- Providing a high level of Administration support to Project Managers to ensure delivery of corporate signage rebranding projects
- Place stock orders and follow up on delivery time-frames ensuring project efficiency
- Liaise with staff and external contractors to track job progress and timing
- Track and communicate project variations between staff and clients, including financial approvals and documentation
- Compile financial data for Project Managers including updating project time-lines and spreadsheets
- Carry out desktop audits on all completed work
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team and/or client
**The Successful Applicant**:
- 2+ years experience working in an Administration support role, previous project coordination experience is highly regarded
- Proficient across Microsoft suit
- High levels of verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- HSSE legislation knowledge is highly regarded
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders
