CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our client working across civil construction projects based in Darwin, NT. This role will suit a hands‐on Site Supervisor with strong experience managing day‐to‐day civil site operations, subcontractors, safety compliance, and project delivery within fast‐paced construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site operations, trades, and subcontractors
* Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and equipment to maintain project schedules
* Conduct daily prestart meetings, site inductions, and toolbox talks
* Maintain site documentation, records, and reporting
* Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve site issues
* Promote and enforce WHS, environmental, and quality standards
* Conduct site inspections and assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
* Lead site teams to maintain productivity and a positive safety culture
Our Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within civil construction
* Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site coordination
* Proven ability managing subcontractors and site crews
* Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and compliance
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills
* Current White Card and Driver's Licence
* Relevant civil tickets and licences highly regarded
