About the Role
This is a hands-on position, based full-time in our Melbourne Office, where you will drive sales growth, nurture high-value client relationships, and deliver tailored lift solutions for some of Australia's most prestigious residential projects.
This role combines in-depth product knowledge with strategic relationship building — perfect for someone who understands how things work and can guide clients confidently through complex purchasing decisions.
* A proven track record in sales or business development within a technical or industrial field.
* Experience in selling bespoke fitted interiors (such as kitchens, cabinetry, staircases) is highly regarded.
* The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, or schematics.
* A strong understanding of mechanical systems, engineered products, or industrial components.
* Confidence in engaging with clients, as well as technical stakeholders, and translating requirements into solutions.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client interactions with ease.
