Position Overview The SAP Test Analyst will execute structured testing activities across multiple project phases, ensuring quality outcomes through detailed test design, execution, and defect management. The role works closely with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements, identify defects, and provide clear reporting throughout delivery. Key Responsibilities Test Design & Preparation Analyse requirements to develop test conditions, cases, and data. Maintain test assets and ensure traceability to requirements. Support planning with scope input, estimates, and documentation. Test Execution Perform manual testing across SIT, integration, regression, and UAT support. Validate workflows, rules, and data flows; complete retesting and regression cycles. Document results in test management tooling. Defect Management Log defects with clear replication steps and evidence. Participate in defect triage and manage lifecycle to closure. Collaboration & Communication Engage with analysts for requirement clarity. Assist technical teams with defect reproduction and validation. Provide daily testing progress, risks, and blockers. Quality Assurance Comply with testing processes and contribute to improvement activities. Participate in readiness and exit assessments. Essential Skills Strong manual testing experience across functional, integration, and regression phases. SAP testing capability (ECC and Commerce Cloud favourable). Test case creation, documentation, and evidence management. Proficiency with JIRA and Zephyr. Strong defect management and communication abilities. Understanding of Agile and Waterfall models. Beneficial Skills Exposure to automation. Familiarity with ALM and Confluence. Understanding of interfaces, APIs, and integration flows. ISTQB certification desirable. Background in FMCG or B2B commerce advantageous.
