About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional banking services by meeting customers' end-to-end needs.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in our retail banking network. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop expert understanding of customers' current and future goals, designing solutions that meet their needs, objectives, and interests
- Educate and support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
- Guide customers through personalized lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help them achieve their goals
- Be a lifelong learner, bringing your brilliant mind and taking your career to the next level with on-the-job training and other learning opportunities
Your Requirements

- Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs
