Christian Early Learning is excited to partner with Footprints Early Learning to recruit a passionate and purpose-driven Educational Leader / Diploma Educator to join their growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership-focused role within a service that is deeply committed to high-quality care, strong team culture, and a Christ-centred approach to early learning.
About the Role
This position is ideally full-time, however part-time applications will be considered for the right candidate. A minimum of 3 days per week is required.
The role includes a minimum of 2 days off the floor to focus on Educational Leadership responsibilities, supporting quality practice, programming, and team development.
As the Educational Leader, you will:
* Guide and mentor educators in planning, documentation, and reflective practice
* Support the implementation of the EYLF v2.0 and National Quality Framework
* Build strong, collaborative relationships across the team
* Drive continuous improvement through the QIP
* Support a positive, encouraging, and faith-informed team culture
* Embed and model child safe practices, supervision, and professional standards across the service
About You
You are someone who:
* Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum)
* Has a strong understanding of programming, documentation, and the planning cycle
* Is confident supporting and mentoring other educators
* Values teamwork, consistency, and a positive team culture
* Demonstrates a clear understanding of child safety, supervision, and reporting responsibilities
* Is open to and respectful of a faith-based environment, and willing to uphold the service’s values and philosophy
Working Arrangements
We are open to flexible structures to support wellbeing and retention, including:
* Monthly RDOs (full-time employees only)
* Compressed 4-day work week options
