Key Responsibilities
* Develop incident response plans, identify process improvement opportunities and work towards enhancing the reliability of our network.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate with partners to facilitate seamless collaboration during planned works and unexpected events.
* Cordinate real-time responses to incidents ensuring swift, safe and effective resolution with a focus on minimising customer impact.
About The Role
This is a permanent, full-time position located at our office. The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly throughout the region and work outside of normal working hours, including rotating on-call shifts. Overtime and shift penalties will be paid accordingly.
What We're Looking For
A confident and capable operator who has demonstrated experience in transport network operations, strong understanding of incident management and risk mitigation. You thrive in high-pressure situations and are skilled at delivering sound advice to stakeholders while tactfully navigating complex environments.
