About Us
Nurturing Life Connections is a specialist therapy service for children aged 0–12 across Far North Queensland. We deliver play-based therapy, nature therapy and more.
We prioritise person-centred, outcomes-focused care and support clients funded through the NDIS (self-managed, plan-managed, NDIA-managed), Medicare, and private clients.
As our service grows, we're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Social Worker who shares our passion for holistic child and family support.

Your Role
* Provide individual therapy to children and families in home and community settings.
* Support clients funded through NDIS, Medicare, or privately — including planning, delivery, and goal tracking.
* Conduct assessments, case planning, documentation, progress reports, and liaise with key stakeholders.
* Work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team and contribute to innovative therapeutic practice.
* Travel within FNQ to service regional clients (travel reimbursement provided).

Key Requirements
* Bachelor's or higher qualification via AHPRA (OT) or AASW (Social Work).
* Experience or strong interest in working with children with developmental or mental health needs.
* Ability to work flexibly across home, school, community, and clinic environments.
* Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
* Commitment to client outcomes, family engagement, and continuous improvement.
