About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the residential construction sector and utilize your expertise to support the delivery of projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project documentation, contracts, budgets, and variations
* Coordinate with internal development and construction teams, as well as external contractors and suppliers
* Assist in the pricing of projects and obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
* Format and upload estimates into construction management software
* Attend project sites and manage variation processes
* Prepare job cost reports and track project savings and overruns
* Coordinate building permits, occupancy certificates, and authority documentation
About You
* You have proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
* You possess strong knowledge of construction documentation, permits, and compliance processes
* You are highly skilled in interpreting construction plans and identifying design issues
* You have proficiency in using construction management and estimating software
* You excel in communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
