Implementation & Activation Leader

This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction and workflow of Implementation Planning and Activation for the client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising team workflow to ensure client demands are met, balancing team workloads, and fostering effective collaboration between team members and key stakeholders.

A successful individual in this position will provide thought leadership and drive senior client and publisher engagement, delivering best-in-class solutions with unparalleled service and delivery.

What Success Looks Like


In 3 Months:

* Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of the agency proposition, core processes, and our way of working.
* Immersed yourself in the team with an understanding of the status of all active and upcoming campaigns.


In 6 Months:

* Demonstrated ability to deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective, and proactive way.
* Owning the processes for specific allocated clients/campaigns from end to end, ensuring manager and wider team are regularly updated on the performance of each campaign.
* Strengthened key stakeholder relationships to deliver great team work consistently.


In 12 Months:

* Taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients responsibility and volume.
* Building strong relationships with publishers, representing the agency team appropriately, and ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest quality.
