**Key Responsibilities**
Processing supplier invoices for residential building company
Using Accounts Payable Online Portal (Wareconnect - WC)
Matching invoice to correct purchase order
Allocating invoice to correct PO & cost code in WC
Setting correct workflow in WC
Correctly noting if invoice is 'as per PO' or if 'over PO'. If over PO then noting by what dollar figure invoice is over the PO
Assisting existing accounts team with admin
