The role
You'll formalise how we work with volunteers — creating onboarding materials, training resources, volunteer agreements & policies. Lead recruitment to grow our Harvest Leaders (the biggest lever for our growth!). Manage new volunteer experience from first contact to first harvest. Match volunteers to harvests. Ensure everyone feels valued & recognised. Track volunteer hours & impact. This is a ground-floor opportunity to create something meaningful.
