We are a growing manufacturing and systems business looking for a highly capable Office Manager to bring structure, coordination, and control to the way the business runs day to day.
This is not a receptionist or clerical role.
It is a coordination and responsibility role for someone who wants to grow.

About the Role
The Office Manager is the central coordination point of the business.
You will be responsible for keeping information, priorities, and work flowing between the office, workshop, suppliers, and field teams. Your role is to reduce confusion, prevent issues before they escalate, and create clarity across the business.
You will work closely with the business owner and senior staff and will be trusted with real responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating daily and weekly workflows across office, workshop, and field work
* Managing purchasing, supplier orders, and delivery scheduling
* Maintaining visibility over job status, priorities, and deadlines
* Acting as the first escalation point for administrative and coordination issues
* Supporting invoicing, accounts coordination, and internal reporting
* Keeping systems, records, and information organised and accurate
* Helping establish simple, repeatable office and operations processes
* Taking ownership of problems and driving them to resolution
This role is about thinking ahead, not reacting.
