Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced site supervisors to oversee the day-to-day activities of laborers and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
* Lead site teams and manage project activities
* Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and regulations
* Maintain open communication with team members and management
* Participate in quality assurance processes
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Commitment to health and safety and teamwork
* Construction industry qualifications, including a White Card, Silica Card, and Asbestos Awareness Certificate
* Own transport preferred
