Heavy Lift Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Lift Supervisor to lead our on-site operations and ensure project completion meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, expertise in heavy lift operations, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with project managers, engineers, and labor teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily cranes/heavy lift activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and Coordinate Heavy Lift Operations: Ensure seamless execution of heavy lift activities, aligning with project timelines and requirements.
* Maintain Compliance and Safety Standards: Ensure all cranes and heavy lifting work adhere to approved specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other discipline supervisors to ensure effective workflow and timely completion of project milestones.
* Inspect and Monitor Quality: Conduct regular inspections of rigging installations and perform quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet project requirements.
