About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator on behalf of our client. This role is critical to the smooth day-to-day running of the business, providing administrative, accounts, and customer service support across multiple functions. You'll work closely with the service and accounts teams, managing invoicing, payroll, and financial administration while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and accounts payable/receivable
* Manage payroll for up to 20 employees
* Maintain and update customer records and databases
* Support scheduling, reporting, and financial documentation
* Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in an administration or accounts support role
* Experience in electrical, services, or trade-based environments preferred
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
