Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective school improvement plans that align with the department's strategic priorities
* Model and foster a growth mindset to deliver on your school's goals and objectives
* Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership qualities and capabilities to create a positive culture and collaborative environment
You will work closely with students, families, staff, and colleague principals to drive improved educational outcomes and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Registration as a teacher with full registration within the meaning of the Teachers Registration Act 2000
* Satisfactory completion of the School Leadership and Management Prerequisites (SLMP)
* Four years or more training as defined in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award 2005 (desired)
