Overview
Veolia is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of ten at Sydney's Kurnell Desalination Plant — one of the most important pieces of water infrastructure in the country.
This is a hands-on role responsible for making sure planned and breakdown maintenance gets done safely, on time and to a high standard. You'll look after your team, liaise with contractors, keep the CMMS up to date and report to the plant management team.

What you'll be responsible for
4. Lead, coach and develop a team of ten maintenance technicians
5. Oversee delivery of preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance
6. Champion safety culture and Veolia permit systems across the team
7. Drive CMMS best practice — assigning, reviewing and analysing maintenance data
8. Coordinate subcontractors and manage supplier performance
9. Contribute to maintenance budgets, reporting and client communications
What you'll need to be successful
10. A trade or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical or a related field
11. Leadership Experience
12. Experience in water, wastewater or process plant environments
