In this Customer Service Attendant role, your responsibilities include but not limited too: Greeting and building rapport with members and guests across diverse cultural backgrounds Working both in our F&B and Gaming areas in both our Clubs(Lidcombe and Regents Park) Preparation of beverages, providing table service, working in cashier, poker machines and much more Delivery of exceptional customer experiences through the provision of all services across both our Clubs. Ensuring compliance of strict operational procedures Your previous customer service experience in hospitality, exceptional communication skills and friendly nature are essential to succeed in this role. Your availability to work a variety shifts across days, evenings and night shifts including weekends and public holidays will ensure you work as an integral part of our team. A current RSA and RCG or a willingness to complete these courses prior to start is required.
