We have a workshop role available looking for Industrial Electricians with construction experience. The basis of the role is building Substation/Switchyard equipment.

- Double Time - $116.00/ph
- 10hr days
- Monday - Friday
- ASAP Start
- Multiple positions
- Project to keep you busy until current year
Duties:
- Assemble HV, MV, and LV switchgear, busbars, and substation components
- Fit and wire control panels, protection relays, and auxiliary systems
- Terminate LV and control cabling to detailed wiring diagrams
- Install and align cable tray, conduit, earthing systems, and enclosures
- Conduct insulation resistance, continuity, and functional testing
- Perform simulated fault and relay function tests (where applicable)
- Follow engineering drawings, BOMs, and QA documentation
What you need:
- Current Electrical Licence
- Cert 3 in electrotechnology or similar
- Current CPR/LVR
- Experience in substation or industrial construction
- Willing to work 50 hour weeks
