We have an opportunity for a hands-on full-time Dispatch Supervisor to coordinate dispatch activities at our Red Cliffs facility.
The position requires a person who is customer focused, well organized with good time management skills and who can communicate effectively in a high-pressure environment in a courteous manner with both internal and external clients.

What You'll Do
· Lead the dispatch team, answering to the Production Manager.
· Co-ordinate export and domestic orders with Production Manager and Sales Teams
· Co-ordinate and reconcile in-coming and out-going deliveries with suppliers and freight forwarders. Ensure all dispatches are compliant with standard procedure.
· Stock control – check and maintain stock levels of all Packed Stock and Packing Materials, ensuring cleanliness of storage areas.
* Manage correct cool chain when handling and dispatching product.
* Ensure all dispatch personnel are correctly trained and performing, per Compliance requirements.
· Liaise with onsite management to ensure continuous product supply and resolution of mechanical or quality-related operational issues.
· Promote a safety-first, positive team culture.
· Other duties as required in the off-season.
What We're Looking For
· Qualifications:
o At least a relevant AQF Certificate III or Certificate IV qualification or equivalent, OR,
o 1-2 years employment experience as a Facility Supervisor, previous experience is desirable.
· Proven leadership in production or operations. Previous experience in food or beverage production would be highly regarded.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office, and Excel.
· Effective written and verbal communication, well organised and with strong time management skills.
· Strong understanding of WHS and quality systems.
· Experience with ISO/GMP/Global G.A.P/HARPS/ICA02/38 will be highly regarded
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Able to get along with people of all levels of the organisation, and external contacts.
